About Proms Made Simple
Creating memorable events has been Damita Curry’s passion since she was a teenager. She served on student council and volunteered for dance committees throughout high school and college, which prepared her for a career in event and conference management for more than 15 years.
Damita created Proms Made Simple, LLC (ProMS) to help students plan and organize as well as inspire them to create magical moments. ProMS provides event-planning education and one-stop shop for resources to students, teachers and parents who plan teen and school events.

- PHOENIX school events + teen celebrations magazine. It’s the only student-event planning guide in the Valley with information on venues and vendors.
- Prom-in-a-Bag Program. Students receive information and discounts on where to show for dresses, tuxedos, and more at school.
In Person through
- The Prom Show. It is THE one-stop shop for everything Prom. Students shop booths, win cash and enjoy a sneak peek of the latest fashions for the Prom.
